About Eugenia
Hey there! I am Eugenia, a yogini with a unique journey that spans continents and cultures.

Born in the USSR and raised in the serene landscapes of Siberia, I had the privilege of being shaped by diverse cultures and ways of thinking during my time in Moscow, Stuttgart, and Vitoria-Gasteiz.

With a Russian soul and a Latin heart, I often describe myself as a 'gypsy' due to my insatiable passion for travel. Exploring this abundant world and witnessing its beauty firsthand is a calling I simply can't ignore.

Come join me on the mat as we embark on a journey of self-discovery and mindfulness, inspired by the rich tapestry of life experiences that have brought me to this point and which I am keen to share with you.
Eugenia's journey

I stumbled upon yoga during my time working as a financial controller at a renowned car manufacturer in Stuttgart, Germany. After six years in the corporate world, I felt burnt out and disenchanted, yearning for something more profound.

There was a cozy yoga studio, in the heart of the city, where I decided to take beginner classes. What started as one class per week quickly turned into an insatiable passion, prompting me to get an unlimited subscription to attend more sessions.

During my very first class, my yoga teacher saw something in me and predicted that I would become a yoga teacher someday. At the time, I merely took it as praise for my dance background and asana abilities.

Within a year, I became a devoted daily practitioner, exploring various yoga styles and studios across the city. My dedication to yoga grew so much that I started adjusting my work schedule to accommodate my favourite teacher's classes be that early mornings or after work sessions. It didn't take long for me to realise that yoga had become more important to me than my job.

Seeking personal growth and driven by an inner calling, I decided to join a Yoga Teacher Training at Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. Despite facing challenges and falling seriously ill, I learned the importance of acceptance and not resisting when things don't go as planned.

Embracing yoga as my lifestyle, I embark on a conscious journey, exploring each of the eight limbs of yoga and bringing them to life not only on the mat during practice but also in every aspect of my daily existence.
